📍 Ubud, Bali: A Review of My Trip

Ubud was one of my must-visit places in Bali. Its atmosphere, completely different from the beach, gave me a new perspective. From the road leading into town, lush rice paddies stretched endlessly, interspersed with Hindu temples and traditional buildings, making it feel like stepping into a movie.

Walking through the main streets of Ubud, I found myself immersed in a plethora of small craft shops, art galleries, yoga studios, and healthy restaurants. The market was filled with handmade accessories and Balinese ornaments, and fresh fruit and snacks were readily available on the streets.

Just a short walk away, you'll find the Ubud Palace. In the evening, you can enjoy traditional dance performances, offering a cultural experience. There are also places like the Monkey Forest where you can experience nature up close, offering a unique experience even in the city. There are also many other attractions nearby, like rice terraces and waterfalls. I thought it would be better to stay for a few days and explore them at your own pace rather than just one or two.

Overall, Ubud truly showcased another charm of Bali. Unlike the vibrant beach atmosphere, Ubud exudes a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Art, tradition, and nature all harmoniously blended together, creating a sense of healing just by walking around. 🪷✨
