A Fantastic Resort Experience

This was a much-needed break for us, and Sofitel Nusa Dua truly came through. We spent six nights in a Pool Villa, with the check-in at Club Millésime being a perfect start, even featuring a playroom our daughter adored. She quickly bonded with Marini and made sure to say goodbye upon leaving. The Butler team deserves a shout-out, particularly Diah, Suci, and Indra, who were warmly welcoming and incredibly helpful. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the kids club and the various activities available. Devian not only painted great nails but also managed to braid our daughter's hair beautifully on multiple occasions. Despite having our own pool, we often visited the main pool, which was fantastic. Rizky and the team were as wonderful as expected, and they even neatly packed our daughter's hat after she had left it there. The housekeeping staff also deserve special mention. Turndown service was appreciated, and the towel animal crafted by the helpful Subrata almost made it home with us. There’s just so much to commend—the food, the cocktails, the exceptional service at Club Millésime, the beachside massage. Très bon. Having spent a considerable part of my 20s in Indonesia, I understand the impact of the tropical environment, yet the cleanliness and neatness of the entire resort are incredible and stand as a true testament to all the staff. On behalf of our family, thank you very much. We will return!
