Shuoxiang Lake receives water from rivers in Hai, Shu, and Su. The Shuoxiang Lake Ecological and Cultural Project, located in the southwest of Guannan County, relies on the city's backup water source. It is a public welfare project scientifically planned and constructed by the Guannan County Party Committee and County Government from a strategic perspective and with a holistic approach to development.
