Lawangwangi is a restaurant-cum-gallery which is a combination of food and art, two of the things the city is known for. Lawangwangi gives you a whole new perspective on capturing Bandung’s beauty from a gorgeous wooden deck, aka instagram spot.
The first floor of this gallery and restaurant serves as an exhibition space, gallery, and craft shop. Not to mention, they also serve delicious Indonesian and European cuisine. The food is also a work of art with thoughtful details in the display.
It was really hard for us to get transport back down the hill though, because of the traffic. No Uber/Grabcar/GrabBikes wanted to pick us up and we had to walk 45 mins all the way down the hill to the nearest Angkot (public transportation in the form of a van) - but that's another story.
