This popular restaurant was a must-try during my stay in Banff ✨
Serving creative Canadian cuisine using local ingredients, this restaurant is beloved by tourists and locals alike.

The interior is calming, with a warm wooden ambiance, and the terrace seats offer sweeping mountain views.

This time, I chose the specialty, the Alberta Bison Tomahawk (market price).

It was so impressive that I cheered the moment I saw it! 🔥
The outside was fragrant, the inside moist and juicy. The meat had a rich flavor, and the accompanying mashed potatoes and green vegetables were perfectly balanced.

After the meal, I enjoyed a cocktail at the bar.
I recommend the espresso martini ☕️
It was the perfect way to end my trip, and it melted away all my fatigue.
