Hia Tae Delicious Eatery, Chinese-style made-to-order dishes

Today I traveled far from home, stopping by a relative's house near Bang Bon. Then my relative took me out for lunch on Bang Bon 5 Road. There are several food and dessert shops along the roadside here, all close together.

We ate at Hia Tae Delicious Eatery because my relative confirmed it was tasty. Walking into the restaurant, the decor is simple with a relaxed atmosphere. There is also a counter by the water where the breeze is cool and comfortable.

This place offers quite a variety of dishes, both Thai and Chinese. I noticed they have a menu of Chinese-style made-to-order dishes that look very appetizing. Some dishes I had never tried before, so I had to order them.

We ordered crispy pork fried rice with Chinese mustard greens, chicken chow mein, imperial fried noodles, red braised fish maw soup, stuffed steamed rice rolls, and crispy fried wontons.

The food was served quickly, not a long wait. The portions were large, the taste was good, and the flavor was mild—not too spicy. Personally, I liked the chicken chow mein, crispy pork fried rice with mustard greens, and crispy fried wontons—they were quite delicious. This place should please adults who prefer milder flavors. The prices are not cheap but not too expensive either. The restaurant also provides free ice and tea.

If you like simple Chinese-style food and happen to be around here, give it a try.
