Environment/Facilities - First time staying at Okura, the hotel proactively upgraded the room, close to BTS, 7-11 and Boots downstairs.
The room is clean and tidy, with an electronic toilet, a gym room, a swimming pool, and you can also choose to enjoy a Japanese breakfast in the Japanese restaurant in the morning.
It's worth praising that I left a bath towel behind and the hotel immediately contacted me by email a day later. It was very considerate.
