This hotel is located near the BTS Chidlom station, which is where the Four Faced Buddha is, nearby is already central world, and easy to walk to big c shopping. It takes about 3 minutes to walk into the hotel from the Erawan Shrine, however it is very convenient.
There was no one on the day of check-in, but the staff took me directly up to the floor of the lounge to check in.
Because I checked in and went out to play quickly, after playing and eating has been 7, 8 o'clock, some unexpected things are even turn-down service, worth a praise.
Overall, the Marriott Bangkok Hotel is good in all aspects except for the expensive price. The location is really great.
