🏡Jim Thompson Thai House is the home of James H.W. Thompson, an American entrepreneur and founder of the world-famous Jim Thompson Thai Silk Industry Company.
⛰Until 1958, Jim Thompson went to rest in Cameron Highlands, Malaysia, and walked into the forest. And then he never came back again. It is the beginning of the legend of Jim Thompson.
🏘The group of houses consists of 6 teak Thai houses bought from the original owner from various places in Thailand.
🧱Used to display antiques and contemporary art, especially Asian art.
🖼It is displayed in 4 categories: sculptures and sculptures, paintings, ceramics and other collectibles.
🏘In 1976, Jim Thompson's property was granted permission to establish the James H.W. Thompson Foundation.
🤦♀️There will be a guided tour of the museum. There are 5 language guides: Thai, English, French, Chinese and Japanese.
