A famous coffee shop that has opened its latest branch, the 6th branch. But the most outstanding thing about this branch might be the landmark of the OCC building. The building has a beautiful, modern landscape with unique trees and artificial rocks in the middle of the water.

The branch itself may be small but still maintains the modern, minimalist, white concept. However, there are no seats in the shop. You can sit outside and enjoy the chill view on a day when the weather is not too hot.
