The side dishes come in a full set of 12 items, including stuffed chili peppers, fried stuffed onions, fried shrimp paste balls, sweet stir-fried pickled radish strips, sweet stir-fried dried fish, shredded sweet pork, salted egg pearls, pickled radish sheets topped with pork, crispy fish skin with salted egg, sweet shrimp from Chaiya, fried dried chili stuffed with snakehead fish. Ending with an ancient snack menu of dried fish with watermelon.
