Big Buddha at Wat Paknam

#summervacay Okay, so Wat Paknam Phasi Chareon is like this super chill temple in Bangkok that somehow isn’t packed with tourists (yet). First of all, the massive white Buddha statue is INSANE. Like, you can see it from miles away, dude is just casually towering over the whole neighborhood. Seriously, it’s HUGE and kinda surreal.

Inside the temple, there’s this wild green glass stupa in the middle of a glowing room that looks like something from a sci-fi movie. The lights, the colors, the vibes, it’s all super trippy but peaceful at the same time. I just sat there staring for a solid 20 minutes.

The neighborhood’s also really local and quiet, which is a nice break from the chaos of central Bangkok. You can hop on a boat to get there which makes the journey even cooler. Definitely a must-visit if you're tired of the usual tourist trail and wanna see something magical and less hyped.
