Samian Kham Coffee at Wat Samian Nari

By chance, I had some errands near Wat Samian Nari in Laksi, so I stopped by to pay respects at the temple. I came across a café inside the temple decorated in a traditional Thai style, and I couldn't resist stopping in to try it. This café is called "Samian Kham Coffee."
I wondered where the name came from, so while waiting for my drink, I read about its history. I learned that the name comes from Samian Kham, a clerk in the royal treasury during the reign of King Rama IV, who founded Wat Samian Nari.
All profits after expenses are used to restore and maintain Wat Samian Nari.
Besides enjoying delicious drinks and snacks, you also earn merit.
How to get there: Red Line train, Wat Samian Nari station.
