Who says Isaan food has to be at a roadside larb shop? “Phed Phed” changes all those perceptions! This is premium Isaan, bringing a bold-flavored kitchen right into the mall, with creatively crafted favorite dishes that never lose their spicy roots.

The “spicy with sophistication” experience lets you order papaya salad with fermented fish, thin rice noodles with crispy pork cracklings, or grilled mushrooms with soy sauce, all adjustable in spice level—spicy but not torturous, just satisfying. We recommend the “Mixed Fruit and Stink Bean Papaya Salad with Shrimp Paste,” which is sour, sweet, spicy, and fragrant all in one bite.

Every dish can be prepared with fermented fish, shrimp paste, or fish sauce.
