Louis Vanich – Delicious and affordable restaurant in the Banthat Thong area

We went on a weekday right when the restaurant opened, so it wasn’t crowded and no need to wait in line. The atmosphere is simple, and you can order a variety of dishes as you like.

Each dish is made to order, fresh every time, with very authentic flavors, especially the seafood dishes like mantis shrimp, crab claws, sea bass, and squid. They are large, fresh, bouncy, and not fishy at all. It feels like they’ve elevated typical made-to-order food to a premium level while still keeping it homey and accessible.
