Summer is here and it's time for a staycation in Bangkok !

This round i chose the magnificent Intercontinental Bangkok Sukhumvit xoxo

I was upgraded to a King Junior Suite. Comes with a separate dining and living area, a decent shower and bathtub with an unparalleled city view and a super comfy king sized bed to go. What more can I ask for for a great idyllic summer stay ?

The executive club lounge was ok and had decent food to keep me full since I didn't need to head out often lol.

If you choose to stay in, head to the gym for a nice work out or go for a dip in the infinity pool. The city view from the infinity pool was simply breathtaking and really worth the stay !

Grab is an affordable option for you to travel around the city or you can simply take on a Tutu, bike or BTS ride !

Places to visit include :
- Chatuchak Weekend Market
- Yaowarat Chinatown
- MBK Mall
- Siam Square for Gentlewoman and Popmart
