Wat Suthat, a beautiful temple in the heart of Rattanakosin Island

📍.. Wat Suthat Thepwararam Ratchaworamahawihan, or simply Wat Suthat, is located on Bamrung Mueang Road in Wat Ratchabophit Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon District, Bangkok, near the Giant Swing and Bangkok City Hall.

📒.. Wat Suthat is a royal temple and the temple of King Ananda Mahidol (Rama VIII). The temple has a royal monument in the corner of the courtyard beside the gallery.

📸.. Wat Suthat houses several important Buddha images, such as:
.. Phra Buddha Trilok Chet, enshrined in the ubosot (ordination hall),
.. Phra Sri Sakyamuni, enshrined in the viharn,
.. Phra Kring Yai, and Thao Wessuwan.
