Displays a comprehensive collection of Thai artifacts and art from prehistoric times to the Rattanakosin period. The beautiful former "Wang Na" building boasts architectural value.
Highlights: Phra Buddha Sihing, King Ramkhamhaeng's inscription, and the royal ceremonial vehicle.
Great location near Sanam Luang and the Grand Palace.
Suitable for those interested in Thai history, art, and culture. A visit is recommended. Allow at least 2-3 hours.
Don't forget to bring a bottle of water, as it can be hot and some parts are not air-conditioned. Some exhibits are closed for renovations, making it difficult to see everything.
Admission is 200 baht for foreigners (free for Thais).
