Amazing❗️Wat Paknam✨💚

Wat Paknam has always been on my mind when I think of Thailand and Bangkok, and I finally got to visit!
After climbing the stairs barefoot and about four floors, I finally arrived at the top floor, where I found the emerald-green ceiling painting I'd always wanted to see.

It was absolutely stunning. Absolutely beautiful.
It was so hot I thought it would be exhausting to get there, but the overwhelming presence made me forget about it almost immediately.
The emerald-green ceiling painting appears to have been created in 2012. There were, as expected, a few Japanese tourists here and there.

Apparently, Wat Paknam is said to bring good fortune in terms of financial and career prospects. 💰

This historic royal temple, built during Thailand's Ayutthaya period (over 400 years ago), is definitely worth a visit. ☺︎
