Today, I recharged at Sense Serene Retreat Spa on the 12th floor of Avani Ratchada Bangkok, near MRT Phra Ram 9. The spa's atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and there are also cool photo spots.

💆♀️ My choice today:
30-minute body scrub + 60-minute aromatherapy massage. Over an hour long, it was...utterly blissful! The gentle aromatherapy scents were soothing from the very first step. The staff were very professional, giving me a massage and exfoliation. I felt like all my stress melted away on the massage bed. And best of all, it's a private room with a separate changing area.

The atmosphere was peaceful and uncrowded, perfect for a truly relaxing retreat.

I felt like I had all my time to myself.
