Today I had the chance to try Solsot (솔솥) at Dusit Central Park 🇰🇷, famous for its Korean-Japanese claypot rice. The atmosphere is wonderful, the seating is comfortable, and today's dish is the must-try claypot rice set. 🍚 I started with the Pork Steak Set 🐽. Opening the pot, it was incredibly fragrant. The large, juicy pieces of grilled pork, the salty flavor perfectly complemented the perfectly cooked rice. And what's sure to please Thais is the Stir-fried Chicken with Sauce + Cheese Set 🧀. The Dakgalbi chicken has a rich, spicy flavor with a slight spiciness, mixed with melted cheese. It's a perfect combination, absolutely delicious. The appetizers, like the Fried Shrimp with Tartar Sauce 🍤, were crispy and not greasy, with a wonderfully bouncy texture. The restaurant's homemade tartar sauce is fragrant and has a sweet and sour flavor that perfectly balances out the richness. It's a perfect match for a meal with the restaurant's kimchi. You can also refill it as much as you want! 😋 Finish your meal with the fragrant soup and a cold Yakult. It's truly amazing! This Korean rice dish truly lives up to its reputation! 👍
