Exceptional Service @ Rosewood Bangkok

Location: Centrally located, just outside the Phloem Chit BTS station and a 5-minute walk to Central Embassy. Super convenient as there were also lots of dining options around the hotel.

From check -in to check-out, the service was unparalleled. Very professional and welcoming. Upon check-in, we were brought to our room and shown around. There's also the turn down service which we loved and we're impressed by how they paid extra attention to providing us with additional bottled water (glass bottle) when they saw our empty tumblers. Pat, the service staff event sent a pot of tea upon hearing my sniffles on the phone. I was so touched.

The room itself was beautifully appointed. The bed felt like heaven and we enjoyed having tidbits at the sitting area!!! We loved the amenities provided and the selection of drinks as well. They included architecture and design books in the room which was wonderful for browsing. Facilities on site included a spa, gym and a pool.

We give this hotel 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all round and would love to stay at this hotel again in the future.
