‌Jintai Temple in Baoji City is the most complete and largest ancient building complex in Baoji City. It was built in the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties and has a history of more than 700 years. ‌ Jintai Temple is located at No. 42, Jintai Lane, Jintai District, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. It is located on the east slope of Lingyan Mountain and is the place where Zhang Sanfeng, the ancestor of Wudang Sect of Taoism in China, practiced. It is about 0.5 kilometers south of the railway station. The entire building complex is built according to the mountain, divided into three parts: the middle courtyard and the east and west courtyards. On March 5, 2013, it was announced by the State Council of the People's Republic of China as the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
🌞According to historical records, Zhang Sanfeng was good at medical skills and qigong. Because of his invention and creation of Tai Chi and Neijiaquan, he was named "Youlong Six Ancestors Hidden Immortal Yu Hua Xu Wei Pudu Tianzun" by Ming Chengzu Zhu Di, and Jintai Temple became famous all over the world. ‌
