[Sagrada Familia | A "Cathedral of Light and Forest" that goes beyond the Cathedral]

— A place where Gaudi's dream comes to life, surrounded by divine light and forest-like columns —

📍[Spatial composition]
• A long 5-nave structure (central nave + 2 naves on either side) that stretches from the center, and a planned cross-shaped crossing structure
• The ceiling height of the nave is designed to gradually increase, from 45m in the main nave, to 60m at the intersection, and 75m at the rear end (apse)

✨Points to note
• "Forest pillar" design: The columns branch out like trunks supporting the transept, forming a geometric pattern like a canopy ()
• Beauty of geometry: Complex curved structures such as hyperboloids and paraboloids are used, combining design and strength ()
• A "symphony of light" played by stained glass: blue-green in the early morning, red-orange in the afternoon -- the way the colors change over time is mysterious ()

• Golden light in the apse: The soft light pouring in from the windows in the sky envelops the altar in a golden dome

🎒 Tips

• Enter first thing in the morning and late in the afternoon: If you want to see the color changes, we recommend going during the most dramatic times for the "light show"

• Stand and look up at the "trees": Take your time to appreciate the arches woven by the central and side columns

• If you go up to the tower, you can get a bird's-eye view of the whole view: It's small, but be sure to plan a ticket to climb up to the tower observation deck! (Reservation required)
