There's a lovely little Italian restaurant in Bardwell Park in Sydney's South. The name is Napoli Centro Pizzeria and is walking distance from the station🍕

It's a hidden gem we highly recommend, with its authentic Italian food and decor, especially the beautiful portrait of Sophia Loren. It just goes to show you don't have to go to Italy to enjoy the food and hospitality🍨

The first time we came here we tried the pizza, which was delicious, but we were even more impressed with the pasta, specifically the spinach and ricotta ravioli with fresh pesto cream sauce and parmesan cheese🍝

Then came the dessert, a baked ricotta cheesecake with a generous scoop of vanilla bean gelato. It's honestly one of the best baked ricotta cheesecakes we've tried in Sydney so far!🍰
