Pathfinder Episode 137: Tianmen Mountain in Beijing

Starting from Picture 2, the photos are arranged in the order I saw them during my hike.
The whole way, I was nervously wondering how much "virtue" one would have to accumulate to be present when a rock face falls off the mountain...
The thought alone makes my liver quiver.

There's basically no one here on weekdays. Today, my round trip took nearly three hours, and I didn't encounter a single soul along the way.
Peaceful, exclusive enjoyment.

Parking:
After buying and checking your ticket at the ticket office, continue driving in until you reach the innermost parking lot. This will save you a kilometer of walking.
Attractions:
There are signs along the entire route. There's nothing particularly stunning along the way, but reaching the Tianmen Cave makes the trip worthwhile. Passing through Tianmen to the viewing platform, you can admire the Miyun Reservoir, the Great Wall at Lukpiguang...
