The fastest way to get to Badaling Great Wall

Badaling is the closest section of the Great Wall to Beijing and is especially popular among locals. There are several ways to get there, including by bus, but the fastest is by high-speed train. Trains depart either from Beijing North Railway Station or Qinghe Railway Station. They run nearly every half hour, and the journey takes about 20 minutes.
The station—conveniently named Badaling Great Wall—is located just 150 meters from the North Cable Car. The area is always crowded (especially in summer), so be prepared to wait in line for the cable car—but the views are worth it!

💼Advice:
I recommend you to buy train tickets in advance, ideally two weeks ahead, as they sell out quickly.
