Nanluoguxiang Walking Street

Despite the light rain, the atmosphere at Nanluoguxiang Pedestrian Street was just as lively as on a sunny day — we strolled through this old street on a cloudy day with umbrellas in hand and smiles on our faces.
This street is not just an ordinary shopping street, but a Hutong street with a long history, where the old meets the chic. On both sides of the street are lined with cute souvenir shops, local pastries, Chinese-modern cafes, and handmade shops that attract customers with their cool and unusual items.
A must-try is the famous “Beijing Yogurt”. There are many brands to choose from. We liked this brand. We walked around and ate while looking at the shops. It was very enjoyable.
In addition, there are also antique scented teas, carved silverware, Chinese-style jewelry, and cool collectibles. For those looking for something different from the modernity of Wangfujing, this street is the answer.
It is also very easy to get there. Just get off the MRT at Nanluoguxiang Station and take Exit E, and you will find this pedestrian street right away!
