Last time, I went to Beihai Park in Beijing with my friends. Entering through the north gate and walking all the way to the Nine-Dragon Wall, we found the Fangshan Teahouse. The moment I stepped inside, I felt something extraordinary. Although the surroundings were a bit noisy, as soon as I sat down, my mind instantly calmed down. It was strange but incredibly soothing! 😌
Initially, I wanted to sit by the window to enjoy the view, but unfortunately, I couldn't get a spot there. I ended up sitting at a square table in the middle. When I walked to the counter, I was overwhelmed by the choices—there were so many types of dim sum that I couldn't count them all! Each one looked so exquisite that I almost couldn't bear to eat them. In the end, I picked a few based purely on their appearance, thinking I'd just give them a try. To my surprise, the taste was absolutely delightful! 🥧
The presentation and texture were both incredibly refined—not just visually appealing but thoughtfully crafted in every bite. If you're visiting Beihai Park, you should definitely stop by, enjoy some dim sum, and relax. It’s the perfect way to unwind! Next time, I’ll make sure to grab a window seat and try even more dishes! ✨
