Do You Read Me?! is a small bookstore located in Berlin's Mitte district, along a street lined with art galleries and cafes. The interior is unique, with its all-black walls and floors, stacks of art magazines and visual books near the ceiling, and a pink ladder.

When I visited, the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a plethora of magazines and books on art, photography, design, architecture, fashion, literature, and social culture from around the world. What caught my eye was the impressive lineup, available in multiple languages, including English and German. I enjoyed carefully picking up and browsing each book.

The bookshelves on the walls and benches on the floor also function as book displays, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a small art museum. The brighter the day, the more comfortable it is, and flipping through magazines while sitting in a white Eames chair is a truly special experience.

Owners Jessica and Mark opened this shop in 2008. Their initial motivation was that they couldn't find their favorite magazines in Germany, and their passion and unique perspective are reflected in their curation.

In addition to magazines, they also carry art and design books, and you can order or have items delivered to your door. They also regularly hold talks and reading events, making them a cultural hub.
