If you think of Berlin as a city museum, it's easier to describe this trip.

I'll share my route, centered around the station:
Bellevue Palace, Victory Monument, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, Potsdamer Platz, German Spymuseum, Berlin Wall, Topography of Terror
Checkpoint Charlie, Jewish Museum Berlin, Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin Cathedral

We visited several museums on this trip, but there were still many we didn't get to explore. It's so vast, with so many interesting sights you'll only see in textbooks or even not see.
