| Hua Shan Lou Food Check-in Full Record. This May Day holiday, I went to Yuzhou for three days. Yuzhou is really super rhyming, especially the local food, which makes me endlessly reminisce, especially the Huashan House, which is simply a feast for the taste buds!
At noon on the first day, I came to Huashan House with great anticipation, just to try the legendary Cao Cao Chicken. However, maybe there were too many tourists on May Day and the Cao Cao chicken was sold out by the time we arrived at the store, which disappointed me.
With the lessons of the first day, I learned the lesson on the last day and arrived at Huashan Building early at 11am. As it turned out, I managed to get the Cao Cao chicken that I had longed for. Once served, the rich aroma came to the nostrils. The chicken stewed was very soft and melted in the mouth. The taste was very heavy. It belonged to the kind of rich oil and red sauce, and it was sweet, but it was not greasy at all. Every bite was super tasty.
In addition to Cao Cao chicken, I was impressed by their mulberry altar meat. The meat is fatty and lean, almost the same as the taste of Cao Cao chicken, both heavy and sweet. Eat the meat sandwiched with dumplings, fat but not greasy, rich in taste, every bite is super satisfying, it's absolutely perfect!
These three days in Bozhou, the food at Huashan Lou is definitely the highlight of the trip. I highly recommend it to those who come to Bozhou to visit. Be sure to try it!
