Cameron Highland Resort - A luxury in Nature

I have always wanted to stay at Cameron Highland Resort since when I was a teen. The opportunity recently came, and I finally got to stay at this dreamy resort. Journey from Kuala Lumpur took around 4 hours on that day as it was holiday season. It was so long since the last time I went up the mountain for a holiday.

This hotel is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of The World, and it was indeed translated by the look of the establishment itself, and also their impeccable service. I was quickly greeted by their keeper upon my arrival, and then assisted by the receptionist for check-in. Processes were smooth, and I got to enjoy the in-house pianist playing his beautiful number.

The first room I got was slightly not so good, there was water leak from the gutter making the balcony floor wet. However they were able to get me a room change almost immediately. I can say that the room is so beautiful, classic looking, but very luxurious. The king bed was so big and high. It made me feel like a true king!

The washroom and shower were looking basic, but the marble finishing did a good job in making the space looking extra. I went down to their restaurant that night to have a dinner. The food, grilled seabass however tasted quite bland to my liking. The ambience however was so calming, romantic and inviting so it compensated the food taste.

Will I come back? Yes!
