Jeju Dol Dam Kalguksu Ilgwangjeom is a restaurant with a clean atmosphere that I discovered while traveling in Busan. I ordered Maesaengi Kalguksu and Meat Kalguksu, which have a harmony of warm broth and chewy noodles. Both menus had a rich broth that made me feel like I was relieving all the fatigue from traveling. In particular, Maesaengi Kalguksu had an impressive subtle ocean scent, and Meat Kalguksu had a deep broth flavor.

The kimchi and stir-fried fish cakes served as side dishes were also clean and delicious, and went well with the Kalguksu.
