While deciding where to have dinner, we opted for 'LOU,' the Chinese restaurant located within Villages de Ananti. We had heard there might be a wait, but since the turnover seemed quick, we decided to explore the surroundings while waiting. However, that turned out to be a mistake 😭—we ended up waiting for a full hour. The staff informed us that the Dongpo pork might take a while to prepare, so they offered to serve the other dishes first. Ironically, the Dongpo pork was served first. Its glossy appearance was truly enticing, and the pork was as tender and flavorful as it looked. Shortly after, the beef short rib jjampong and king prawn noodle soup were served. We had requested from the start to have both dishes divided into two bowls so we could taste them both.
