Located next to the Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station, it offers convenient transportation. There's no executive lounge, but there are snacks available on the first floor during happy hour. Breakfast is served at the tavernist restaurant. It's delicious and highly recommended. It's a pet-friendly hotel, allowing dogs to stay and dine with you. This was my second stay. I successfully upgraded my point-based room to a suite using my IHG suite voucher.

Overall, the suite wasn't much bigger. The bedroom and work area were simply separated by a curtain. The bathroom, however, was different from a typical guest room. It had a massive bathtub, and the water ran for a long time.

So far, my experience at the Kimpton Da'an has been quite positive. The staff are quite friendly and dog-friendly. The suites are a bit empty. If you're checking in cash, I wouldn't recommend a suite. The room types are similar. Using IHG upgrade vouchers to try your luck is fine.
