The Golden Gate Bridge appeared like a mystical curtain in the morning fog. The cool breeze I felt as I walked across the bridge heightened the excitement of the long journey. Arriving at Pier 39, sea lions lazed leisurely, and the laughter of travelers mixed with the sound of the waves, adding to the liveliness. Alcatraz Island, which I crossed by boat, retained traces of its former inmates, creating a strange resonance distinct from the city's splendor.
The cable cars ascending and descending the hills were a quintessential San Francisco charm. Union Square was filled with the energy of diverse people, and a cup of coffee in a small café soothed the traveler's fatigue. In the alleys of Chinatown, the scent of exotic spices and colorful signs offered a new dimension of travel.
At sunset, the view of San Francisco from Twin Peaks was truly captivating. The moment the ocean and city lights twinkled, I knew the day I spent here would remain in my heart for a long time.
