The second floor is the Cangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Exhibition, Cangzhou Folk Customs and Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition, Cangzhou Historical Celebrities Exhibition, and Cangzhou Historical and Cultural Exhibition. The third floor is the Cangzhou Coastal Resources Science Popularization Exhibition, Cangzhou Acrobatics Culture Exhibition, Cangzhou Martial Arts Culture Exhibition, and Hebei Grand Canal Culture Exhibition.

There are many first-class cultural relics and many interesting cultural relics in the museum, which are very exquisite and have unique shapes, and are worth seeing.

The Northern Song Dynasty Bodhisattva statue with crossed legs, the Tang Dynasty female dancer figurine with two dimples when smiling, the fierce Han Dynasty green-glazed pottery pig, the gritted soldier, the thoughtful guard... are both vivid and lifelike.
