White Cappadocia, Cutting Through the Wind

Snow has fallen in Cappadocia, a place I thought was only filled with sandy landscapes. Quietly, purely, as if by magic.

Instead of a hot air balloon, I chose a jeep tour. As we raced through the snow-covered rock valleys, I found myself wondering if this was still Turkey or some other planet. The sight of snow on the desert was beyond imagination, and the moments of driving through the wind felt like scenes from a movie. ❄️🏜️🚙

The jeep's tire tracks left on the snow, the white Göreme village seen from the hill, and me standing still amidst the serene nature.

The scenery gifted by nature left a deeper and more lasting impression than any man-made scene. I always thought of Cappadocia as a place of warm hues, but in the cold whiteness, I returned with warmer memories. 🖤
