Kempinski Hotel Chengdu

One of the oldest five-star hotels in Chengdu, but the quality is still there.
I have a GHA Titanium Card, so I was upgraded two levels to an executive suite. The room was very large, and I was given a bottle of red wine and a welcome fruit plate. The minibar was well stocked, and the toiletries were Ferragamo. The breakfast was a bit ordinary, but the beef tofu pudding and noodles at the hot food station were delicious and worth trying.
The cakes at the executive lounge afternoon tea were average, but the wontons in the evening were incredibly delicious. Eating wontons and drinking dry white wine while watching the endless stream of cars on Renmin South Road was a great experience.
