I must praise the hotel’s fifth-floor Lotus Chinese Restaurant—it’s a total hit! Highly recommend the crispy roasted pigeon! It’s just as good as the flavors in Zhongshan! The innovative fusion dishes are visually stunning, with plating so exquisite you’ll hesitate to dig in✨ The staff is super attentive, always catering to your needs and thoughtfully recommending dishes. The elegant Chinese-style decor paired with warm yellow lighting creates a perfect atmosphere, making it ideal for hosting guests or romantic dates—it’s simply divine!
