A cafe hidden in a medieval castle 💕Graph contemporary

#BangkokFoodGuide I live in the old city and found this cafe near the hotel. Many people recommended it. It is close enough to walk to, and it is said that the special blends are very good.

This is a very inconspicuous coffee shop at the entrance. When I went there, I looked at the navigation and passed by it with a whoosh.
But it’s so beautiful inside! The first floor is a cafe, and the second floor is a gallery and European-style exhibition hall. The gallery houses the owner's paintings but is said to be open irregularly. The exhibition hall is decorated with medieval furniture, paintings and antiques. Walking into it feels like being in Europe in the 1930s. It is perfect for taking photos and checking in.

KHUN CHANG KIAN
Their hand-brewed coffee beans are all local coffee beans in Chiang Mai. I chose a Catimu from the highest altitude. It has a hint of citrus, black tea, and nuts at first, and a bitter aftertaste. The flavor is quite complex. For friends who have tried Yunnan Catimu, it is still worth trying the local Catimu in Chiang Mai.

This coffee shop really left a deep impression on me about Chiang Mai. I will definitely come back next time to try other specialties! If you also like to explore new coffee flavors, then Graph is definitely your best choice!
