Mae Kha Canal

This time in Chiang Mai, let's try walking along the 'Mae Kha Canal', which has now become a new landmark in the city. Let me tell you, I was very surprised... The canal that used to be full of garbage has been transformed into a super chic walkway along the clear water. It feels like walking in Otaru, Japan. 🌿✨
On both sides of the canal, there is a cool brick walkway with a wooden bridge in striking yellow for taking pictures. Decorative lights, Japanese lanterns, and Lanna lanterns are lined up beautifully. Especially in the evening until night, the atmosphere is super chill. When the sun is out and the weather is cool, walk around and take pictures. Stop by a cafe, have a drink, eat some snacks, and sit and chill and watch cats walk by. Those who like to chill or take pictures, you really shouldn't miss this. 📸
This place is easy to walk around and there aren't as many people as the Night Bazaar. I personally like it a lot because it combines Japanese, Korean, and Lanna styles perfectly without being fake. I recommend coming after 4 pm. The shops are starting to open. Bring your camera and your loved one. I guarantee you'll have a great time. #FreeAttractions #ChiangMaiTravel #SoloTravel
