Asking for blessings from Guan Yin @ Huai Plakang Temple

Address - Located in Rim Kok Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chiang Rai Province
Atmosphere/Location - When you arrive at the temple, you will see a large white Guanyin statue and a pagoda with outstanding architecture.
Highlights - The first place is Phop Chok Tham Chedi, which is named after Phra Ajahn Phop Chok. It is a triangular pagoda connected in 9 levels and surrounded by 12 small pagodas. It was built according to Phra Ajahn Phop Chok's vision. Another important highlight of the temple is the large "Guanyin" statue, 79 meters high, built according to Phra Ajahn Phop Chok's vision. It is located on a small hill. This Guanyin statue is the Bodhisattva Guanyin in the Phop Chok posture. It is a Chinese sculpture of the Bodhisattva Guanyin (Guanyin) and is one of the largest in Thailand.
