Unseen Phra That Phu Khao, Golden Triangle

Phra That Phu Khao or Pu Khao was built on a mountain by the mouth of the Ruak River around 1302 during the reign of Phraya Lao Kao Kaeo, the second king of Wiang Hiran Nakhon Ngoen Yang.

Currently, it is both a high-angle viewpoint of the Golden Triangle and an ancient site with ruins still visible. It is also one of the Amazing Thailand locations of the TAT.
