The Chongqing Citywalk spring photo route is truly legendary!

With spring arriving, it's the perfect time for hiking and enjoying the outdoors! When in Chongqing, you definitely can't miss the Huangjue Ancient Trail citywalk. (๑>◡<๑)
This time, I'm sharing a spring outing route that goes from the old street and ancient trail to river views, all stunning along the way, and it's all downhill, so no tiring climbs! (｡♥‿♥｡)

🚗 Transportation:
Take Metro Line 6 to Xin Street Exit 2, then transfer to Bus 346 and get off at Huangjueya Bus Station. ( ＾∀＾)

🗺️ Route:
Huangjueya Old Street ➡️ Sanmao Former Residence ➡️ High-altitude Walkway ➡️ Laojun Cave ➡️ Changjiahui (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡

📍 Huangjueya Old Street
Huangjueya Old Street is the starting point of this citywalk. The street food stalls and unique shops along the way are all worth exploring. (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

📍 Sanmao Former Residence
This is where Sanmao lived as a child. Inside, there are displays of Sanmao’s books, letters, and some personal items. Next door is the Sanmao Imprint Café, a great spot to rest. (o˘◡˘o)

📍 High-altitude Walkway
The suspended walkway is surrounded by Huangjue’s green shade, making you feel like you’re in a sea of green. The view is very open, and you can even see the cityscape in the distance. It’s perfect for taking stunning photos. (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ

📍 Laojun Cave
Laojun Cave is the largest Taoist temple in Chongqing, with magnificent architecture. Here, you can not only overlook the beautiful mountain city but also draw lots to make wishes. It’s said to be very effective. (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

📍 Changjiahui
Here you can enjoy river views. At dusk, the sunset reflects on the water, sparkling beautifully. When tired, you can have a meal here and also check out the spring-themed decorations! (≧▽≦)

✅ Tips for the trip:
1️⃣ Wear comfortable shoes; there are stone steps all the way, but it’s downhill. ( •̀ ω •́ )✧
2️⃣ Near the teahouse halfway up the mountain, you can take a small path to the left to Laojun Cave. (✿◕‿◕)
3️⃣ The night view at Changjiahui is also beautiful; you can enjoy the night scenery before heading back. (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
