Samaksan Lake + the longest cable car in Korea

It takes an hour and a half to get to Chuncheon from Seoul by car on weekdays, but it takes three hours or more on Saturdays and Sundays because local residents will come to this attraction to stay overnight for family holidays. The most famous attraction in Chuncheon is the Samaksan Lake scenery.
To fully enjoy the scenery of the lake, you need to take a cable car to appreciate it. The south-pointing cable car is 3.61 kilometers long, making it the longest cable car in South Korea and the cable car with the most beautiful scenery I have ever taken. It turned out that it was only opened in October 2021. It is very close to Chuncheon’s new attraction, Asia’s largest "Legoland". Taking the Samaksan Lake Cable Car, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Uiam Lake and Samaksan Mountain in a single 15-minute trip. You can also easily reach Samaksan Mountain and return to the mountain. There is a coffee shop where you can sit down and have a cup of coffee, which is also a good choice. After that, you can continue to enjoy the scenery along the trail, walk along the Skywalk which will only be opened in April 2022, and look at the beautiful Chuncheon City.
