Nami Island Autumn Attractions: Ginkgo Avenue

The price is 16,000 won, but I recommend pre-ordering on Naver, which offers a 9% discount for two or more people. The center is lined with restaurants and cafes, so unless you're eating, it's best to walk all the way to the edge of the island. The center of the river view is actually more crowded with bicycles, so the edge is generally quieter. *The outermost part is recommended.
It took a little under two hours to walk around the island.
It's better to walk rather than bike. You need to see all the sights, and if you just whiz by, you won't be able to enjoy it.
As time goes by, the sun sets behind the dock, so take plenty of photos near the dock before sunset, avoiding backlighting.
Transportation
Unless you're planning to sleep on the island, be sure to leave before 6 p.m.
Even though the operating hours were supposed to be 9 p.m.,
the buses stopped and taxis were hard to come by, so you had to walk to Gapyeong Station. For a beginner, it was scary to see cars lingering in the garage, whether they were full or not. I barely made it there after catching the last train.
Don't make reservations for the ITX Youth Train; just take the Gyeongchun Line. The schedule is similar. I liked that I could get a seat without a reservation, and that I wasn't restricted by time.
Here's a tip: The rabbits all over the island are too scared to come, but they like soft, long grass. If you see them, put it in your pocket and carry it with you. If you hold it out, they'll come for it.
