【Fukuoka Travel】A Hidden Gem...

During my trip to Fukuoka, I wanted to visit a hidden restaurant that was featured on "Asadesu. KBC," so I made a reservation 🍽️

Wait, here?!
This restaurant is located in a surprising spot—a renovated traditional Japanese house.

The owner of this restaurant is a medalist from the World Culinary Olympics held in Germany every four years 🎖️✨

Additionally, they are a certified Vegetable Sommelier Pro and a nutritionist 😳

"Appetizer Platter"
Each dish is meticulously prepared and features healthy ingredients.
I love being able to try a variety of small dishes like this ♡

"Weekly Vegetable Pasta"
This week’s dish was creamy pasta with Itoshima vegetables.
The noodles were paired with homemade pancetta and plenty of fresh Itoshima vegetables❣️
The Japanese-style seasoning made it hearty and satisfying 💯

The set also included rich pumpkin soup, salad, and freshly baked focaccia (refills available), all for just 1,500 yen—such high quality for the price! ✨
