For this trip, my friends and I meticulously planned our journey with an average budget of 6,000–8,000 THB per person for a full-day trip from Da Nang, a nearby major city that offers convenient access to Banahill.
The main expenses began with transportation costs from our accommodation in Da Nang to the cable car station. We opted for a shared shuttle service, which cost around 300–500 THB per person for a round trip. Booking online in advance could save a bit more.
Next was the entrance fee, which included the cable car ride—one of the highlights of Banahill as it is among the longest and highest cable cars in the world. The ticket price for adults ranged from 900–1,100 THB, covering access to Fantasy Park, the French Village, the Golden Bridge, and other attractions within the area.
For meals, Banahill offers a variety of dining options, including buffets and à la carte dishes. Prices are slightly higher than in the city below. We chose a buffet lunch at a restaurant within the amusement park, costing around 500–700 THB. It was worth it, given the wide selection of Vietnamese and international cuisine.
Additional expenses might include souvenirs, coffee, or snacks, totaling around 200–500 THB depending on individual preferences. Overall, the budget for a full-day trip to Banahill is approximately 6,000–8,000 THB, which is well worth it considering the breathtaking mountain views, stunning European-style architecture, and various activities available.
If you ever visit Vietnam, Banahill is a destination you shouldn't miss.
